Highly reactive thermosets are currently expanding the processability of high-performance structures for transportation industry. The short polymerization time makes it a suitable process to replace metallic with polymer matrix-based composite materials. resin characterization is fundamental step obtain properties and associated constitutive models, which required design optimize manufacturing parameters However, on requires use equipment at their performance capability limits. This work presents comprehensive methodology characterize thermo-chemical highly systems, relevant impregnation into preform liquid injection processes. Four different commercial systems analyzed in this study. Experimental methodologies adapted best data acquisition high temperature isothermals. Based experimental data, Cure kinetics viscosity equation-based models used describe behaviour these complex systems.
